Hard drive install, with GRUB, won't boot

#1 Post by Jess Tan »

I already installed puppy linux into hard disk and installed successfully grub.

I can boot my hard disk when restart machine. but what is the problem now the loading puppy linux keep running, like the files is read only, or the file can not be removed (/dev/mouse), to change mouse and keyboard, delete /etc/mousedevice and start xwin and etc.

i tried to follow the step to rm /dev/mouse and /etc/mousedevice. but still same problem when booting the xwindow.

I would reinstall Puppy & Grub and see if that solves the problem.
