HPLIP setup gives PyQt error

#1 Post by trapster »

I seemed to have successfully installed HPLIP. I did have to install MU's python but configure, make, make install finished with no errors. When I enter hp-setup, I get this message:

Code: Select all

sh-3.00# hp-setup

Using Gslapt, I installed(?) PyQt and SIP. Then I rebooted and I still get the above message. This is the first time I've used Gslapt, is there anything else special I need to do to make sure it's installed properly?

Thanks.
