The X server has a thing called Xinerama, which does that, except that it isn't supported by the Xvesa Kdrive X server used in the official Pup 1.0.4.

The xfree SVGS 3.3.6 X server, available as a pupget, does support Xinerama.
Probably also Bladehunter's Puppy iso.
