According to the pptplinux documentation, there is a lot of configuratiion to do before you can get the tunnel up and running. There is a gui but it uses gtk and php. Also, it seems that its source is not available.

I'm thinking that a gui that doesn't require any additional packages to what you'll find in your 'standard' puppy would be nice. Maybe something based on tcl/tk.
