Can I add DNS suffixes to network config using Puppy?

A certain operating system (that I won't name here) provides the ability to add DNS suffixes during network configuration, such as "mydept.mycompany.org", where "mycompany.org" would be the suffix.

Does anyone have an idea how suffixes could be added to the network DNS configuration in Puppy?
