Yep! Use TightVNC - it will work both ways. You need the client on XP and run the server on Puppy.

If you want to go Puppy to Puppy, both should already have the client - see Start>Network>TightVNC client.

Check out the PSI repos for the TightVNC server, or download direct from the Web for either Windows or Linux.
