How to upgrade 2.13 to 2.14, not lose email, addresses?

Hi, I have a notebook t21 with 20 gig hdd 256 ram. Puppy is the only os on my system. I had 2.13 loaded to hdd. Ive been running 2.14 from cd and found it a good os. I want to wipe out 2.13 and reinstall 2.14 to the hdd, any suggestions on this procedure?

Can someone tell me before I venture out on this where my email address book and all my emails,are located and so I dont loose all? Is there a way to import things such as that? thanks
