It certaunly seems like it should work, but so far no luck, IF you do it... TELL US!
So I've made this SFS file installer that copies the contense of an SFS file to a FULL-HD install.
.
I have a Puppy 411 HDD full install and I would like to install Picasa3.0-beta which comes as a sfs file. I would like to use your script but I cannot find a place where I could get it.
Can you, please, help me with that?
Thanks
Cariboo

Hi Cariboo; Dougal actually has a very good script for doing this.
I don't have time to look for the link right now, but try searching for it.

Sorry,
but( as a newbie), I searched all the pages and could find a link for the
'sfsmanager-menu.tar.gz'.
But where / how where can I download the installer itself ??

Thank You very much !

usually you can click on a sfs and it mounts, then copy all the directories into a folder and make a pet.. its pretty easy
