ICS-internet connection sharing

dunno y i said that. i think every1 knows what ICS is. anyway how can i share an internet connection using puppy. the dreaded winblowz has: surprise,surprise even managed to screw up this seemingly simple task. 98se never caused me any trouble in this department but xp insists on making things difficult
