I have a IBM Laptop T41.
How to setup the wlan ?

Yes, this model can come with a variety of cards.

# Intel 802.11b wireless LAN on selected models
# IBM High Rate 802.11a/b/g Wireless on selected models
# Cisco Aironet Wireless 802.11b on selected models

Look at the users manual if you are unsure.

Or, is this a pcmcia card? If so, look at the back of the card and also note the make, model and revision number, as different revisions of the same card can have different chipsets.
