Using LiveCD but USB as primary hardrive
I was wondering how to make my usb drive the primay drive while still using the livecd. I have one NTFS and one FAT32 hardrives so it doesnt automatically ask me to use a the usb drive. I am pretty much Linux illiterate but i want to learn. Can i choose the usb drive while im booting?

It might depend what you mean by "primary drive".
If you want to boot from the USB drive, there is an item in the Setup menu that will create a bootable version of Puppy on USB. But your machine may need to be able to boot from USB, and not all do.
If you only want to store settings documents and files on the USB drive, there is an item here: http://www.murga.org/%7Epuppy/viewtopic ... t=portable
The part PFILE=pup100-none-100000000 PHOME=sda1 names the file where Puppy will store data (pup100), its size (100000000) - this is in K so a more reasonable size might be 131072 (128MB) - and the "disk" location (sda1) - the first partition on the first USB attached drive.
Hope that helps rather than confuses.
