Sub_title: Where do I put the files on the hard drive?

I read the information from the developer's blog and I was wondering, when i do the partition for puppy unleashed to make my cd i get how to do it perty much . But, my question is it says to have a 1.5 gig partition and 500mb swap, but it also says to download the packages to a spare 1.5 gig partition. Do i need two 1.5 gig partition's?
