Is Puppy a type of Vector Linux? Is Vector Linux a type of Slackware Linux? |

Puppy is pure-bred: grown by Barry from the ground up (ie file by file, not based on any other distro). Vector has been used as a compiling environment. Vector is slackware-based. _________________ in the beginning was the Logos http://thoughtjourney.aus.cc |

Can we say that Puppy "is an OS and applications suite based on the Linux kernel and other GPL software"? _________________ Puppy user since Oct 2004. Want FreeOffice? Get the sfs (English only). |

Each Linux has it own directory structure/path Where can I get this information about Puppy? Where is the config file? |
