Sub_title: Will the C-Cube decoder work in Puppy?

Before I start..it's now a month or so since I started using Puppy 2.14 on my old Solo 9100 Gateway Laptop and I want to thank the Puppy contributors for an excellent linux build. It is so good..no other disto comes even close ! Very Happy

Now this is probably an easy one to answer and I don't expect it to be possible anyways if you don't ask you will never know.

This laptop solo 9100 with a DVD player has an onboard DVD decoder...

C-Cube – ZiVA-DS

Now the obvious question is it possible to use the onboard DVD decoder in puppy.
I have the windows 98 drivers and DVD player application...is there a way to make use of it.

The laptop is a PII 333 so running DVD's in software is a jerky no no .

Thanks to any posters in advance
