this isn't a bug but
at:
http://www.nstsoftware.com/puppy/
downloading pup 1.0.5 alpha2 was ok but when trying to download the sfs file I get:
'Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /puppy/usr_devx.sfs on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
Apache/1.3.33 Server at www.nstsoftware.com Port 80'

does anyone else get this?

Yes.
Something like this happened with 1.0.5 alpha1. It was necessary for Barry to set the permissions so that others could download. May be a replay of that.
