if I want to translate all of puppy programs to indonesian language, what must I do firstly..
is that d/l some files maybe, but where?

You may have to keep looking and reading here in the forum, especially about Hacao and Portuguese, the translations with some how-to written by the authors. This section on localization will also be a big help. The keywords that you might search for are "language and translation".
