Top bugfix

i made a dotpup to fix top
top does not seem to work in Puppy 1.0.2

this is the full version of top
run top and press h for help
press k to kill a process
press r to renice a process

clicking the Icewm cpu monitor runs top

yeah, top is part of Busybox, and Puppy uses a very old Busybox that is probably not kernel 2.6 aware.
I've just downloaded the very latest Busybox source.
