TEENpup iso burn problem - solved

I receive the following error when I try to burn the iso file for TEENpup2.0.0 to a cd.
"The entered block size does not correspond to the image length. The block size may be wrong"
Following are the default Nero settings:
The image type is defaulted to Data Mode 1 (whatever that means)
Block size(bytes): 2048
Image header size: 0
Image trailer size: 0
I have downloaded and tried a few times but with the same results.
When I choose to ignore the cd burns but the boot fails at the initial puppy menu screen.
I downloaded and burned the latest standard release (2.16.1) with no problems so it doesn't seem to be a problem with how I am burning the iso file.

Just as an aside does anybody know when the next barebones will be released?

Thanks for your help

Try burning a disc using imgburn (www.imgburn.com) It usually works better than Nero. And I've burnt the disc with it and it worked fine.

in order to write multi-boot cd isos, do I need to use a specific iso burner?

or nero, ImgBurn, graveman will just do?

"The entered block size does not correspond to the image length. The block size may be wrong"

Sounds like a bad download to me.
The only time I ever got that message was when I downloaded one
version of Puppy...tried to burn it and failed.
Although I assumed the download was correct...it was
way too small.

Why not use " BurnCDCC " as listed on Barrys'CD page.
Small, fast ,works. Hard choice I'd say.
Set burn to 32 or 40 speed. Failures if file size correct = nil.

Puppy has burniso2cd on the multimedia menu. I've always found it to be very good at burning isos, that's all it does.

Solved ?

I downloaded ImgBurn and burned the file (thanks Gekko) and there was no problem.
I will try it out on my machine at home tonight and make sure that everything is ok.
Interesting that Nero had a problem with this iso and not the standard 2.16 version. :?

This ended up being a bad download issue.
After trying two or three times I got the complete iso and now I have no problems. I saw a suggestion somewhere else in the forum to use btjunkie and have this as a torrent file. I agree wholeheartedly.
Thanks for your help!
