gqview is an image viewer & management program. but caveat emptor as the README file states:

anyone that has downloaded the .pet above, i've just re-uploaded it as i re-compiled it & removed the options to use XV & Xpaint as editors, and replaced these two with mtPaint. i.e. it now has gimp & mtPaint as editor options.

It's should be works on x86_64-t2-linux-gnu too...
And That's Size of .pet form is: 325kb (It's not bad.)
Command: ./configure --prefix=/usr --libdir=/usr/lib64 --disable-shared --build=x86_64-t2-linux-gnu
Files:
/usr/bin/gqview
/usr/share/applications/gqview.desktop
/usr/share/pixmaps/gqview.png
For Hardcore moders on FatDog64:
gqview 1.4 [For GTK2+]:
~800kb - Only application without desktop. [Lightest]
.PET Form: 238kb (with .desktop script from gqview 2.1.5)
But in gqview 0.8 to 1.2.2 are not accept because is depend to GTK+ (v1) - But if you like... You can build into with 32bit...
