Booting 2.17 without monitor

#1 Post by VSh »

I ran into some problem: when I boot Puppy 2.17 without monitor connected to the motherboard, it boots into "Puppy Video Wizard" dialog instead of normal X. It looks like Puppy tried to probe absent monitor and failed. Is there some way to disable it?

Depends on the X server you use...

Vsh I had the same issue - see:

This all relates to 2.16 but I would think the procedure is the same for 2.17
