Colour printing succsessful at last

I was sent an e-mail with a photo attachment, this i saved and can print in colour the whole page, then using "mtpaint" i cropped the page and saved the photo to a pen drive.
my problem is i can find no program in any of the pups that will allow printing of photos from drives or camera c/f discs. In the bad old days of XP and photoshop i could do this plus reduce the size so i could send by e-mail. Your expert knowledge is what i seek.
P.S not even grafpup could do this. Michael Nanning China.

I have googled and find i need "guten print" the old name was
gimp print, has puppy ever been fed this program?????
