Reading how to install Seamonkey 1.1.4 in place of 1.0.8- can I do it if I run Puppy from the live CD? There will be the original one on the CD, and a new one initially I suppose in RAM, but then in pup_save. Could I then get Puppy to ignore the CD version and run the later one?
DVD drive is read-only, so I can't re-master the CD.
It's Puppy 2.17.1, but I don't think that matters, does it?
Run live CD with newer versions of apps
It should just overwrite the older seamonkey. Files that are in the livecd then overwriten get copied to the pupsave and the pupsave version is used in the future
Taking Puppy Linux to the limit of perfection. meanwhile try "puppy pfix=duct_tape" kernel parem eater.

Even if I were infinitely close to Infinite Perfection, I'd BE infinitely far from It, for such is Its nature.
Problems with Church
I have said: Things would be Infinitely Simple for an Infinitely Powerful Being.
They left me, child that I AM, thinking I was a nut for saying such things. I may BE, but it makes sense to ME even if not to others.
