Subject description: for Rich Internet Application (RIA)

The OpenLaszlo development environment is now version 4.03 (36 MB), and contains Jakarta Tomcat Servlet container and various 3rd party contributions. This will be a good tool for RIA, and may be useful to convert as PET or sfs.
