I have successfully dual-booted with WinXP and Puppy both on the C: drive, after following the excellent instructions on Lin'N'WinNewB (link below):
http://www.icpug.org.uk/national/linnwin/step00-linnwin.htm
However I'm running out of space on C, and would like to have a frugal Puppy on partition D: My WinXp is SP2.
I'm guessing that I need to edit menu.lst, but how? And which files should be on C, and which on D?
Any help greatly appreciated.

How does Puppy identify your D: drive - as hda5? In that case, the entry in your menu.lst file should change to (hd0,4). Then copy the four core Puppy files to the other partition - vmlinuz, initrd.gz, pupxxx.sfs and zdrvxxx.sfs. How is D: formatted - as FAT32 or NTFS?

Marcel,

I sent you an e-mail on 18th September in response to your query. Did you get it?
