My turn for something that bugged me... My laptop only has USB 1.1 ports and when Puppy creates the pup001 file on my thumb drive, it takes forever... To the tune of several minutes... Just as I was about to reboot, thinking the system had froze, the pup001 file was done...

My suggestion for the next version (is it too late to get this in for 1.0.5?) is to have progress dots to let users know that this process is under way and still working on it.
