Remove gnetconfig?

This is a largish app (145k) which I don't see any value in.
It's horribly complex for basic users & fortunately they don't have to use it, they have the far nicer 'Puppy Ethernet Wizard' to get them going.
Experts, who need more than the limited options available there, can dig straight for the text-based config files...this should be encouraged IMHO since these text-files are more similar across different Linux flavours & Puppy is often a learning environment for people.
It also saves a little space & (even more important!) gets rid of an icon off the start menu.
