Rox pinboard icons don't allow command-line options

Probably a bug in Rox, not Puppy:
Desktop icons are managed by Rox's Pinboard
'Edit Item' doesn't allow command-line options.

Workaround, focourse, is to create a script with the appropriate command-line options, but this is cumbersome...
