Install Midnight Commander dotpup and ICEWM-Theme

How do I start the installed MC-Dotpup an where can I switch to the new ICEWM-Theme (sorry for this questions, I

mc is not my package, and i don't have it installed at the moment, but i think you type mc on a command line

you can open a terminal window, like rxvt, and type mc
and you can run mc when X windows is not running

if you install an Icewm theme by clicking a dotpup file, the theme should immediately show up in the themes menu ... click the Start button, lower left, and it should be in Themes ... select whichever theme you like ... if a theme has a sub-menu, there are extra variants in the sub-menu, but you get the default variant of that theme if you just click the theme (it's not necessary to go into the sub-menu)

if you click the dotpup installer file again, it often will uninstall whatever it installed

icewm themes are easy to install anyway ... just download the theme, and unzip it in /root/.icewm/themes ... to uninstall it, just delete the folder

I have install the puppy linux to a ext2 hardisk.
I want install midnight commander plus to /usr not /root/my-application/
I am copy bin lib share ro /usr but run with many error. etc F2 F4
How change the setting to overcome it.
