How to redirect /dev/video0 to xine?

How to redirect /dev/video0 to xine? Want to use one viwer for all video streems.

Simplest way cat /dev/video0 | xine starts my WEB camera (LED lights), but on the screen I see nothing. Probably some plugin for xine is necessary?
