woof, woof!

I have a very strange problem with pstoedit and its exportation formats

In Windows I have:

- ghostscript
- gsview
- pstoedit

the same on puppy linux 3.0.1

but, unlinke in windows, i have, on puppy, very fewer export formats

In Windows, with these programs I have:
dxf, emf, wmf, and many others

on Puppy with same programs I have only:

psf, ps, debug, dump. sg (using ghostscript), ps2ai (missing dxf, emf, wmf and many other)

Can anyone help me? Why this happens? I use very much wmf format or emf, because i can add in openoffice without using before epstool to fix buonding box

thanks for any help and woof woof again Wink

I did a modest amount of research prior to replying. It might be that these applications support more features in Windows than Linux.

If that's not the case, then you should be able to fix things on an application by application basis.

Sometimes in order to keep things small Barry doesn't enable every feature when compiling applications. I don't know if this is the case here.

In any event if the applications provide 1 for 1 cross platform support, you should be able to accomplish that.
