I know Mark (see next post) knows this but it might benefit some . . .

Lobster tip
    Most ISP provide webspace
    if you output your bookmarks as HTML
    you can place your bookmarks in a directory
    (using Gftp under internet in Puppy)
    and access them from anywhere . . .
