Problem while booting from LiveCD since version 1.03->1.05 included.
Boot goes on until comes to Running PCMCIA cardmgr program... Message is:
cardmgr[138]: watching 2 sockets
cs: IO port probe 0x0c00-0x0cff: clean
cs: IO port probe 0x0800-0x08ff:
And there it halts nothing happens!...

I tried with and without a PCcard: same message.

I am working on a Laptop Type Dell inspiron 8000 (pentium III, 256 Mb Ram, 10 Gb HDD. and a combined CD-RW and DVD player.

this problem doesn't happen with any older puppy version (which I've used so far), neither with other Linux distro (new or old). (I have Mandrake 9.1 running without prblm).

the same problem was already reported on this forum but for a Dell inspiron 8100, running version 1.04

thnx for helping (i feel frustrated not to be able to run yhe newest versions!!!)
