To make the icon bigger, go to:
| Code: | | /usr/share/applications/opera.desktop |
then replace the line:
| Code: | | Icon=/usr/share/icons/hicolor/16x16/apps/opera.png |
with
| Code: | | Icon=/usr/share/icons/hicolor/48x48/apps/opera.png |

I have an earlier version of Opera installed (also supplied by Wolf Pup).
How should I go about installing this new version in order to keep my bookmarks etc? If I uninstall my original PET will I lose them?
Thanks,
cartz.

Nope, you will not lose your bookmarks and settings when you remove the old opera.

Opera 9.50 works great, it's fast and stable with a good range of features. Recommended.

I installed Opera from a .tar.gz file. It works beautifully. I have not found a website that I've had problems with. It works perfectly, even on You-Tube.
