Planmaker

#1 Post by John »

I've downloaded and used Puppy now for only a few days. Installation and everything went great. The only question/gripe I have is that the Planmaker application will only allow modification of cells up to row 40 because it is the "free" version. I wouldn't mind paying to upgrade if necessary, but do I have to download a whole new version from softmaker? And if so, how do I then integrate the new version into Puppy?

Planmaker doesn't need any installation. I think if you purchase it, you just uncompress the tarball somewhere (like in /root/my-applications), change directory into it then run the executable. Maybe don't need to even "cd", just drag a shortcut of the executable onto the desktop.
So, I think it should coexist with the free version, no clash.

If you can scan some student ID, the student price is very low. and I think it is for both Planmaker and Textmaker.
