Zen unrecognizable on Windows after use in GNomad?
So, I installed GNomad onto my Puppy 3.01 and was pretty pleased by it. I found out later though that when I added things on my playlist using Gnomad, I couldn't set the order I wanted it to be. Does anyone know how to set the order of the songs on a playlist, if it's even possible? Anyways, so I like to switch off to my Windows OS on my hard drive sometimes and I tried to dock my Creative Zen V Plus onto it. For some reason, the bubble saying Creative Zen V Plus comes up then it changes to MTP Device then it changes back to Creative Zen V Plus and then it goes back to MTP Device. After that, it asks me to install new hardware which is weird because usually Windows is able to handle Zens using Windows Media Player. So I cancel that and a bubble pops up saying hardware might not be working properly. I've tried reinstalling the Creative Zen V Series Media Explorer, which is the program used to handle all the Zen stuff, multiple times already and nothing has worked. The only thing I did differently with my Zen was loading it up onto GNomad on Puppy 3.01 so I assumed this may have been the cause of it? I also tried reloading it's firmware and nothing still. I haven't tried formatting it because I would only do so if it was the only thing I can do. Thanks for any help you guys can give!

I can't help you with the Windows problem but I think I know how to make your Zen play songs in the order you want.
First, in Puppy, rename the songs by adding a number in front of the file name. For instance:
Both my mp3 players seem to load files in some random order when I load the files from Puppy, and play them in the order they were loaded, if I don't use the trick I describe. I don't know why. The same files load properly (in numerical order) when I use Windows to load them, so the unexpected behavior must be caused by something in either ROX or Linux. I've mentioned it before but got no response.

- 1 - Name of song you want to play first
2 - Name of song you want to play second
3 - Etc.

Ahh gotcha thanks for the tip mate. Oh and by the way, I was able fix the problem. I guess for some reason or another, my wpdmtp.PNF file (file to detect MTP devices) was missing in the hidden inf folder in Windows. I copied it from a different Windows laptop machine.
