how to make a new user account in Puppy?

Currently you can't. Puppy is mostly a single user os, so it doesn't really support this yet. It does come with the user "spot," but he has issues...
What you could do is use multiple pupxxx files. For example, you could use pup001, your brother could use pup002, and your dog could use pup007.

Someone mentioned the possibility of making a login script that would choose a pupfile, and unless someone beats me too it, I'm going to try writing one. I have a bunch of other stuff to do first though.
