If you are familiar with terminal commands, you could record your terminal activity and share the recordings with your clients, or the end-users of your OS, while providing support, using showterm, an open source application.
You need to have ruby and rubygems installed, as dependencies.
In the terminal, you type showterm, which starts the recording, and when you are finished recording, type exit. The uploading will start immediately, for example http://showterm.io/....series of letters and numbers, providing you with a clickable link to share with others.
Desktop recording apps are numerous and easy to find, but terminal recording apps, such as showterm, not so easy to find.
