The ADMtec Pegasus 2, ADM 8511 USB to LAN dongle works very well in Dingo 4 by using the ZD1211RW driver.

I looked on e-bay & newegg.com and can not locate this specific USB to Lan adapter... or any of them listed in the add module for USB I have a Frys locally and called them, they also do not have the brand you have listed...
I see these lists often on e-bay but have no idea if they will work with Puppy 4.0...
