These are the details of my camera: Vendor 0xac8 Product ID 0x307b How can I test this on my PuppyLinux Dingo v4 (K2.6.25)to function? I want to take some pictures of my friends here!

reckrhodes, this link says that it works with the gspca driver. But I don't know whether anyone has compiled it for pup4-K2.6.25 yet. I'd compile it for you but I've got the wrong kernel...hopefully someone else with K2.6.25 will oblige. |

muggins, Thank you so much for the reply. I have downloaded the file called "gspcav1-20071224.tar.gz" from here http://mxhaard.free.fr/spca50x/Download/gspcav1-20071224.tar.gz But i do not know how to compile it for my puppy linux. 
Anyway i will wait for you or somebody to guide me on this.
