How can I test this on my PuppyLinux Dingo v4 (K2.6.25)to function? I want to take some pictures of my friends here!

this link says that it works with the gspca driver. But I don't know whether anyone has compiled it for pup4-K2.6.25 yet. I'd compile it for you but I've got the wrong kernel...hopefully someone else with K2.6.25 will oblige.

But i do not know how to compile it for my puppy linux.

Anyway i will wait for you or somebody to guide me on this.
