Just noticed from Barry's blog that Puppy 4.1 Alpha2 has been uploaded.

Bosco and Nick: Since we are only 3 posts into this thread, can we move any further posts to Lobster's thread?

Its just my opinion that it might be easier to track with a single thread going.

Usually Lobster is the one who announces Puppy releases. Yesterday I waited and as I didnt see his thread, I started one. I didnt realize he posted his thread, when I was writing mine. :)

booting well from usb stick
mouse and keyboard ok
have icons for all devices on the desktop in good order,
but have no access to the devices even to the usb stick that is shown mounted, it is not opening in rox just please wait massage and thats it
pmount from the menu also not working
looks like a small problem
everything else works just fine
