Allied Telesyn AT-2000T PNP ISA Bus card

#1 Post by Helbrax »

I recently bought my mother-in-law a new computer and she gave me her old one. It was a good 8 years old(or more) running Windows 98.
After backing up her files, I wiped the hard drive and installed Puppy 4.0. Everything works fantastic. The computer is running faster than it ever did. However, I can't get the network card to work. It's an old Allied Telesyn AT-2000T PNP connected to an ISA bus. I have another network card that I connected via PCI that was picked up. Unfortunately, although puppy found a driver for it, the card itself is bad(link light never comes on) so I'm stuck with the first card.
I've been playing around with the different modules, but haven't found one that worked yet. Any insight is appreciated.

Of course now that I typed this, It's working.

Retried the specify option that "works for most ISA bus"(io 0=0x000 or whatever) and now it seems to be working fine.
