122 Puppies are being shipped from South Africa to the Philippines. Here is the excerpt from the donor's mail dated 19 October 2005:
Sent off 122 computers ..
I know they're at the dockyard at the moment, waiting to be packed into a container. We are busy approaching several companies, looking for further donations. Will keep you informed as time progresses. We managed to get a sponsorship for the shipping charges, so expect those pc's soon.
Four to five schools will be benefitted by this first shipment :)

This is happening because of the goodwill generated by Puppy !!!

Cheers to this reaching out from South Africa to children in Asia :D

that is good news, raffy.

any luck on those scripts you promised me for setting up EM on a LAMP server?

yes folks, Raffy has a neat set up for online learning using a live distribution.
EMINIMA is based on a set of free server and client software at:

It sure would be neat to set up others as well.

sorry, no sign of it, raffy.
did you find out why?
did you get my re-sent request yesterday?

Would your EM system be available for others to use to create their own online learning system..ie is it public domain/open source?

Pls visit Littlecandle.net for the download link - your mail server must be filtering messages, and could have filtered both mails, the first and the resend.

you were right

you were right, Raffy
our mail admin did track down your two emails. They were both deleted as spam ??? He's having a serious think about their filtering rules.

I apologise for wasting your time.
