wvdial rpm

i looked at the wvdial 142 source
there's a missing comment after #endif in an h file
also something wrong with a class that creates a table

there's a wvdial rpm on pbone.net

i unrpmed it ... it seems to run in Puppy ... i don't have a dialup modem installed, so i can't test it

i put the url of the rpm in the readme file
i converted the man pages to txt
i tar-gzipped it ... and put it in a zip file
