Pawcasts and Presentations Welcome
As you would have expected, Puppy will be exhibited in the National Inventors' Exhibit and Contest this November, specifically on November 11-15, in an international trade center in Manila. The title of the entry is Eminima, which has been mentioned a few times in the forum. The idea is to have a mobile suite of software that can use the least capable PC (Pentium I) to deliver services to the grassroots, especially in education. Am actually using Pentium II 300-600 Mhz for the event, plus the Devon-IT puppyPC, a C3 800 Mhz..
Viewers of this exhibit will not be limited to the locals. Note that this is happening at a time that WSIS is also being convened.
How about us preparing multimedia presentations using Puppy, to drive home the point that all you need is 90 MB or less to pull the punch in educational ICT?
Lobster's voice should be a refreshing pawcast. Many of you already had practice doing recording in our previous events. And you can combine that with the new tools available for Puppy.
So let's do it, and show one and all that this is Puppy (a)live and playing in all its tiny glory. Who knows, we might even hear Barry pawcast for the first time?
The more people joining, the better! You can use my googlemail for this: raffym.
