I recently purchased a 4gb USB 2.0 micro-drive. I followed the "old" instructions to get Puppy-Linux installed on the drive. When I boot from the USB drive, the kernel is loaded, but when initrd initiates, i get the error:
mount: /dev2/root2 is not a valid block device.
the error shows up about 8 times, and then the boot halts.
Can anyone suggest any possible fixes\solutions for this? The drive does not require any special drivers under Windows XP, it is recognized like any other flash card (mass storage device).
thanks for any help.
