Puppy's Great Adventure.. Canceled |
|
Well in the intrest of making a long story short until it is written, How would you do this?
I have webspace so I was thinking of just adding pages as I went, here is the pitch.
Traveling across country with a PupTop, wifi enabled and reporting daily.
I have a digital camera and of course screen shots to include.
It will be myself and my 20 year old daughter going from Vermont to California in an old Geo Prism with 150,000 + miles on it, an adventure in itself since I have never been anywhere to speak of in my 46 years.
I should be flying home from Arizona, something else I have never done.
Do you think I should do it as a diary, blog, review or what?

Multiple pages |
|
Make it multiple pages, so your guests can choose pages for viewing (pictures take time to view sometimes).
iWare supports image galleries, so you may consider using it.
Will there be Puppy promotion in your cross-country trek? (just curious)
Have a fun vacation!

Thanks for the blessing. I feel safer already
I may create a template in zilla composer and try an page a day. The sadest part for me is that when Puppy4 gets to CA it will find a new home and I will return alone Don't want to give away the story though.
Hehe, I am still running 1.0.3 on this PupTop, my 770z and it is still really happy.

Here is my template.
http://wellminded.com/puppy/index.html
I guess we will be leaving not this but next weekend. I have a lot of cd burning to do before we leave. Wish I had the lables for the little "pocket" cd's and some little jackets. I plan to hand them out wherever we stop to use the wireless.
Hey, your laptop could be as fast as mine, Oh, even faster than mine! Try This.
Lots of plans to make.

Great story and site - the adventure begins . . .
Maybe "permanently" should be spelt differently? (me advising on spelling - how can this be?)

Route |

Can you give details of your route, as people might want to meet you. Here's your planned trip announced and awaiting details - you can add notes as you wish:

Ohhhhhhh, glad you posted thar screenshot, I gotta fix that template
Yes, I should see if I can get spellchk for mozilla composer or copy the text from ABI.
Details? like a schedule? I didn't think of that. Might have to ask my daughter that one.
Edit:
Maybe I could talk her into painting up her car "The Puppy Mobile"
Edit 2
Long story short she left with the PupTop and left me behind.
