Edit: After some research I discovered my laptop is actually using the Intel GMA 4500MHD, but I still need drivers.

A bit more research and it seems the X3100 is used in the Intel GL960 and GM965 chipsets according to the Wiki
So, does that mean I have either of these chipsets, and therefore need to find the drivers of either one of these?
