Helo everyone long time no see..
knop[3face] is based on NOP 4.00
I create it actually for my cybercafe, off couse it's need a long time to make my user to migrate to linux.
and i decide to create that puplet, for now my user can more familliar to this distro.

knop[3face] has all fitur that already on NOP. 400
but i add more program like
Winff (Open source video converter)
Microemulator (emulator for java mobile)

and it can change the theme only one click
not just user interface, wm and icon just change but theme for opera, xmms, mplayer and xine can change automaticly too

i don't have account to puppy linux.ca yet so i put my iso to free hosting

if you want to try go to this http://linuxkinjeng.wordpress.com/

thanx to gray, zigber :P

Very Nice, but two things. 1 When I switch from the XP look to Vista or Mac I can't get back to the XP look. 2 How can I remaster it to English on the bootup and for Opera. I don't know much about configuring xfce. Still it is verry cool as it is.

By the way I am using it on my Acer 3680 Notebook, and online with a Linksys Wireless G USB Wireless adapter. I set up the SSID and WEP and I'm online. Had to guess what I was doing when I ran Opera.

Hi. After about two minutes I figured out what happened to the XP Look icon. I had a pup save file on a hidden partition. When i first ran this it upgraded from puppy 3 to puppy 4. At the time I did'nt understand what was going on . I get it now. Duh.

Did you try the links posted by kinjeng? Easy share takes awhile with the free download. If you can't download it , I can post them on Rapidshare. They are in three rar files. Do you know how to join rar files?

@jamalexa

off course you can mirror it to rapidshare, and if you like to remastering on english you can use "remasterxp" script but the the theme must currently in xp at time you mastering.

for xp icon disapeare (i don't have an idea too) while if you can find at /usr/local/share/application . maybe the problem at xfce session

and you can change boot message before you burn to cd, just edit the boot.cfg file

Rapidshare took to long to upload so I uploaded them to Megaupload – 45 sec. Wait to download. 14 min. total download time on DSL/Cable

Description: Three Different Looks in one Puppy

Filename: knop[3face].part1.rar = Filesize: 95.78 MB = http://www.megaupload.com/?d=GV05GC0T

Filename: knop[3face].part2.rar = Filesize: 95.78 MB = http://www.megaupload.com/?d=2MG941S9

Filename: knop[3face].part3.rar = Filesize: 52.61 MB = http://www.megaupload.com/?d=2PGN6W7M

The Puppy iso was compressed and split using Winrar, so you will need that to unrar it, if you do not have winrar you can get the trial version from here:
http://www.rarlab.com/rar/wrar351.exe . Used Archive Manager to extract iso.
