The rootfs-complete directory can be completely destroyed just by opening the MTools File Manager.
Using the newer Puppy remaster script (Create Custom Puppy Live-CD, option "okay") creates a linux filesystem in a directory called "rootfs-complete". Upon opening MToolsFM, this mount structure is destroyed. I really can't give a more detailed description of this, since a remaster seems to take way too long, and I'm not going to be trying to crash the process any time soon.
